Planting the seeds for tomorrow

I founded Palmary Solutions with a goal to address the need for the underperforming 'S' in ESG investments, striving to create significant social change through investment and economic development, while ensuring commercialisation isn't hindered. The name Palmary comes from the phrase 'the hand of victory', and we work on the belief that every organisation has the ability to achieve success and be victorious in their goals and ambitions. I'm passionate about bringing organisations together and executing well-constructed strategic plans, having worked with some of the largest companies on the ASX and multiple First Nation organizations to create scalable, manageable change.

My philosophy is, "A society grows when men plant trees for shade they will never stand in," which speaks to my belief that preparing for future generations starts now. I'm driven by the desire to create change through economic opportunities, and I'm deeply committed to closing the gap for First Nations people by fostering these long-term economic opportunities.

Before founding Palmary Solutions, I was the Agribusiness Investment Manager for the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, where I developed the agribusiness investment strategy. Prior to that, I served as the Head of Corporate Agribusiness for Bankwest in Perth, where I was awarded Senior Manager of the Year three times. My career has taken me to multiple locations across Australia, allowing me to build a large network and develop diverse skill sets in various commodities.
